Our dedicated team of Legal Process Servers operates 24 hours a day and via a network of associated process servers we are able to offer a 24 hour UK and worldwide service.
All instructions are acknowledged, handled with complete discretion, integrity and completed to exacting standards, legally compliant in all respects and within the realms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Where practical we will endeavour to attend a subject address within twenty four hours of receiving instruction, or as soon as the subject can be positively traced to a specific location.
We also specialise in tracing individuals and if necessary successfully completing the service out of the jurisdiction of the UK.
We will prepare free of charge a professional proof of service, Affidavit, Statement or Certificate of Service and return them directly back to you or to the court. If the selected proof of service option is subject to a Swear Fee, any such Swear Fee would be charged.
A full, clear and concise report will be prepared in each case, detailing where appropriate all information gleaned. This report will be delivered to your timescales and within the agreed budget.
We will deliver copies of Powers of Arrest to the local police station at no additional cost.
